Chart panel properties help

under chart panel properties i have SET RANGE= FIXED
and how can move my chart?
the PRICE going High or DOWN and IS over my monitor how i can move with my mouse?

Thank you for your post.

To scroll up and down the price axis without compressing or expanding the chart, please hold down the "CTRL" key on your keyboard, left-click on the price access and pull up or down with your mouse.
