Static Super DOM back to Dynamic Super DOM

Hi,

from an earlier thread, I see that if you run out of TT credits for use of Static DOM, you would not be able to trade again until you've replenished the TT credits. But what's not clear to me is how I may return to Dynamic Super DOM if I choose not to purchase any more credits.

Thanks for your post.

If you want to disable the Static SuperDOM and use the Dynamic SuperDOM you would need to send a note to sales at ninjatrader dot com and put in the request to have the Static SuperDOM disabled for your license. In addition, include your license key as well since they would need to regenerate it.
You'll find your license under Help--> License Key.
