Connecting to VIX via Continuum

Hello,

I tried adding CBOE ViX futures to Ninjatrader but there is no data. Is it supported via Continuum? how can I activate this?

Currently the VIX Index is not offered with Continuum therefore to receive this data you would be required to connect to a provider that supports this instrument. I have also included a screen shot of Continuum supported Indexes.

If you are looking for a data provider for real time and historical VIX data I recommend using Kinetick:

Thanks Chris but I am not referring to the VIX index but the VIX futures.

I gather that is not supported too.

It does not appear to be available with Continuum however I would suggest contacting your broker to verify.
