    NT stopped working now data lost for the day

    I was connected to CQG this am til around 11 and the software froze up and either it disappeared from the screen (logged itself out).

    I rebooted the computer and still the same.
    Then I reopened NJ and found there was no data from 8:25 to 11:345ish - it was all compressed into one space. Further data stopped coming to the screen.

    So I shut it down and came back now. But that time frame is missing.

    Thank you for your post.

    Based on your description I'd like you to try the following:
    Shut down NinjaTrader.
    Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > DB folder then right click on the folder named 'Cache' and select Delete.
    Finally, restart NinjaTrader, reconnect to CQG and reload chart data.
