First login failed

Hi, I have tried for first live login, but NT is writing this: " Network connection to the Order Routing Systém is unavailable." I have tried put off firewall but still the same problém, can you help me? thank you

Thank you for your post.

Can you exit NinjaTrader, shut down your machine and then reset your modem and router. Then try to connect again after.
If the same error message shows up please double check with your ISP and broker and see if there aren't any issues.
