Nikkei Interactive Brokers charts

Hi - I'm trying to load the Nikkei charts in Ninjatrader, running interactive brokers platform. None of the pre-programmed contracts in Ninja work. I tried putting in "NIY" in the symbol map part of instrument editor but then am told it is "ambigious without a multiplier"

Help!?

The correct symbol mapping for this instrument when using Interactive Brokers is NIY|||500 (To get the | press shift + \ key)

To change the symbol mapping settings from instrument manager: Open the control center>Tools>Instrument manager> Select the instrument> open Instrument editor> open the Misc tab> enter appropriate symbol mapping.
