no data for CME NKD/NKY

Hi, I am using rithmic/NT 7.22 for the topsteptrader combine.

I am having problem with CME NKD/NKY charts plotted accurately.

There are no data plotted between 5pm to 9am (next day) ET; although there are live bid/ask pricing shown on the right panel of each chart. Once it hits 9am ET, the chart starts plotting with live prices ! This happens for both NKD/NKY (Nikkei 225 dollar futures and Nikkei 225 yen futures)


I have no problems with another other CME instruments.

what could be the problem ?

Thanks for your post.

What is the Session template you have selected for the instruments? Can you right click in the chart--> Data Series--> Session template--> Change this to 'Default 24/7' and see if that makes a difference.

the actual session template was "use instrument settings".

I have changed per your instruction .. works flawlessly now .. thank you.
