Are the license servers down?

Thanks for the post.

Can you send an email to support at ninjatrader dot com and refer to this thread.

Include in the email your license which you can find under Help--> License Key so we can test it on our end.

Put in the subject 'For Vince'.

Ninjatrader License Servers not available

Hi Guys,

Every time I start NT7 i get the error, "Failed to verify license. Please try again in a few minutes". This is every time I start NT. Latest non-beta version, XP. Downloaded NT with my email id and didn't enter license key (free). Tried to enter it using Help ... License key but the response is

NinjaTrader license servers could not be reached. Please enter your back door code here:

Thank you for your post.

The licensing servers are up and functioning normally. The error message which you mentioned indicates that a firewall is preventing NinjaTrader from reaching it's licensing servers. If you shut the firewall down temporarily then restart NinjaTrader does the key verify normally?
