Cancelling working order that has an order state of "Pending Cancel"

    Cancelling working order that has an order state of "Pending Cancel"

    When ninja sends the CME a cancel order to cancel a working order but this cancel order does not get received by the CME (for some rare reason) so the ninja order state gets "stuck" in a PendingCancel order state, will re-sending the same cancel order again after say 30 seconds be possible in Ninja even though the order state in ninja is "PendingCancel"? Just want to make sure the order handling is done properly. Thanks in advance.

    Thank you for your post.

    There would be no method to send the cancel request again. PendingCancel means that the request was sent to the connectivity provider/exchange and is awaiting confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation it would be recommended to contact your broker to manage the order.
