IB account in strategy menu

Hi,

When connected to my IB account (log says both primary connection and price feed are connected) and with a chart open, when I attempt to add a strategy to the chart using the '$' chart button, my IB account number no longer appears. It did yesterday ...

When I go to the Acoounts tab in the Control Center, I can see the account and it is showing the correct cash value.

Why can I no longer see the account when I attempt to add a strategy to the chart?

Could it be 'Global Simulation Mode' at Control Center-->File is enabled?

If disabled, please tell me what TWS version you have installed. You can check this at Help-->About TradersWorkStation.
