Any Update for Help on SSG on IB

Hi, I am also trying to setup SSG on IB for NinjaTrader. Is there any update to the original request? Thanks.

Welcome to the forums, tried accessing it on the SGX exchange and symbol set to use HKD as currency, no errors but it's also closed for trading right now - for historical data, I did not get data in IB's TWS charts directly, have you tried this on your end? Are you sure they supply it for this symbol?

Trading Session for SSG is currently open. I have data on my TWS. Yes, I am able to display the backfilled data for other charting.

I tried carrying your instructions and encountered the same error "Error in requesting historial data from IB: No security definition has been found for the request (200)" when I open a chart.

Hmm, which expiry are you testing? I don't get bid / ask displayed in TWS currently.

The active contract is still Mar 10.

I don't get data nor historical data even for the March one directly at IB, do you have a paper account with this exchange fully permissioned?

Ok, the issue is, it would need the Singapore Dollar as currency for the symbol setup, this is unfortunately not supported.

Is there any workaround? Will you be able to enter Singapore Currency as a new feature request? There are quite a number of my fellow traders who would love to use NinjaTrader to trade SSG and are currently unable to do so.

Unfortunately there's no workaround for the IB connection available, I have noted and submitted it as feature request for future consideration - thanks for providing the paper account to test this on.
