1GB trace file per day?

I just found that trace folder in users folder of my NT 6.5 has 1GB/500MB txt files per day in it.
I think they are some sort of debug isn't it? Can i remove them?
Do i have to pass them to you to find problems?

Diagnostics Tab
This is a tab within the Control Center window that you should only use if directed by a NinjaTrader Customer Service Representative. If your NinjaTrader installation is feeling extremely sluggish after following some of the tips above, then and only then follow these steps below.

• <LI class=rvps1 value=1>From within the Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options > General check "Show diagnostics tab" <LI class=rvps1 value=2>Click on the "Diagnostics" tab in the Control Center window <LI class=rvps1 value=3>The ONLY items that should be checked are "Connect", "Order" and "to file only", please uncheck anything else that may be checked
• From within the Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options > General uncheck "Show diagnostics tab"
