issue on entries/exit logic

Hi,
friday a strategy on real account had an issue; at a certain point the entriy logic (only possible for the long side) was replaced with the exit logic, and I have take short trade (NOT POSSIBLE IN THIS STRATEGY). in fact in the entry name signal I see the exit signaI; I attach a picture of this.
Hve you an idea of why this occured??

Thank you for your post.

Is this report from your Account Performance tab? If so, please set the From date one day back and generate the report once more. Does this correct the entries and exits?

Yes, is the report from Performance Tab.
the other days have correct entries and exit... When this error occurs I was not able to"flatten everything", because this action increased the short position...
I had to close all from the fxcm platform.

Thank you for your response.

Please increase the days to look back by setting the From Date on the Account Performance tab and then clicking Generate. This occurs as the report does not set the entry and exit and only sees the executions as short or long, so if we do not include the entry in the report it will think the exit is the entry.
