Windows 8 and Ninjatrader 32-bit version

Hi,

I have both the 32 and 64 bit versions of Ninjatrader on my Windows 8 computer. My data provider, TDAmeritrade, won't work with the 64-bit version; it requires the 32 bit version.

Unfortunately, the 32 version starts to launch when I click the icon, but never appears. I find it running in TaskMgr, and have to "End Process" that way.

I would like to run the 32-bit version....is there anything I can do? Thanks in advance.

Can you please follow these instructions to uninstall/reinstall and let us know if this corrects your issue.

- Go to the windows control panel--> Programs & Features--> Uninstall NinjaTrader 7
- Reinstall NinjaTrader from the following link:

http://www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration.php

Hi,

I did as instructed. The program launch logo flashes briefly, but that's as far as I get. It is running in the background, however invisibly, and I have to shut down in Task Mgr.

Can you send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com and include your configuration file.

• You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
• (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

Once located, please attach the config.xml file to the email
