    wrong data for yesterdays session ES 06-14 after opening/reloading the chart

    Hi,

    This was how chart looked yesterday during market hours.

    This is how it looked this morning. After reloading historical data it still looks the same.

    Is there an issue with the historical data servers?

    Hello,

    Thanks for your post.

    Can you go to Tools--> Historical Data manager--> Edit tab--> Right click on the ES 06-14--> Delete.
    After this restart the software and connect and see if the data is showing correct.

        Hello,

        Can you tell us the following:
        - Who are you connected to? Check in the green box in the lower left corner of the control center for this.
        - What version do you have installed? Our current release is V7.0.1000.22 which you can check under Help--> About.
        - Can you right click in the chart--> Data Series--> take a screenshot of this window and send it over.

        To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

            Hello,

            I see you're using an older version of the software. Can you please upgrade to our current release V7.0.1000.22 by following these specific instructions:'

            - Go to Help--> License Key and save your License
            - Close NinjaTrader
            - Go to the windows control panel--> Programs & Features--> Uninstall NinjaTrader 7
            - Reinstall NinjaTrader from the following link:

            After the reinstall please reset your instruments under Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> Reset Instruments

            Note: You will not lose any settings, strategies, workspaces etc since they are located in a folder that won't be uninstalled.


            When you're connected again after the upgrade change the Session template in the Data Series window to 'Deafult 24/7'.


            Let us know if this corrects the issue.
