unable to place sell stops and others

I am unable to place stop orders and stop lmt buy orders using the superdome.
I have placed these orders previously though now i am unable to . I have no problem using lmt or mkt orders.
I realise that to place a stop order you have to hold down the control key and press the middle mouse button as shown in the archive video.
Please can anyone solve my problem

Thank you for your post.

It could be your mouse. Are you using a Logitech mouse?

If so you can try the steps listed below.

Look in you MS Windows task bar tray. You should a mouse icon.
1. double click on mouse icon and properties window will open.
2. click on buttons tab.
3. under button assignments, scroll down until you reach "scroll wheel."
4. click on modify.
5. scroll through list of options and find "middle button"
6. click on "middle button" and then click "apply"
