    "Login failed: Unable to connect to the remote server"

    Hello,

    I got a demo with AMP/CGQ, when I want to connect appears this message "Login failed: Unable to connect to the remote server" and I have to connect again and I got this message again,

    After 10-15 messages finally Ninja connect to CQG.

    This happens to me everyday! Please can you help me.

    Thanks for the post.

    Can you send an email from within the software under Help--> Mail to support. Make sure Logs and Traces are checked.
    Please refer to this post and put in the subject 'For Vince'.
