    Failed to receive Line Time Upate

    Hello Guys,

    this morning i got this loginerror:

    Login failed: Failed to receive LimeTimeUpdate response from
    DataServer during logon.

    So is this a Error from my Broker.???

    Same error here AMP/CQG.

      Hello,

      Thanks for the post.

      Can you wait for a few minutes and then reboot your machine again and see if you can connect after.

      The message is coming from the broker's servers where no LimeTimeUpdate response is received from their servers.


      If that is of no help, please let us know where you are located as the issue might be related to ISP backbone issues.

          Hello,

          We are able to connect again and strongly believe that the issue was caused because of ISP backbone issues.

          Please exit NinjaTrader, reboot your machine and then bring up NT again and connect.

          If that doesn't work follow these steps and see if you can connect again:
          - Exit NinjaTrader
          - Shut down your PC
          - Reset your modem and router
          - Restart your PC
          - Bring up NinjaTrader
          - Connect

                Cannot connect

                I get the same message that the previous posts got. I tried all the steps recommended and cannot connect ! I re-booted router +computer...restarted Ninja and get same error message.

                      I am having the same issue. AMP/CQG. I rebooted the modem and router as instructed but the problem persists. Any other suggestions?

                          Unfortunately, we don't have any other suggestions than mentioned in post # 5. What we suggest is to wait a few minutes and then try to connect again.

                            Third attempt worked. Should I expect an unreliable connection today? Once connected have there been reported stability issues?

                              Hello VPTrader,

                              We've not had reports today from people who could connect after this and then lost connection again. The connection should therefore be stable.
