I have NT and IB.
When add and enable a new strategy, it does push the profit taker and stop loss orders, however it does not fill the entry order.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I sent a support request, and they told me that this must have been because I had enabled that strategy to a different account and it must have mistaken that the position is already there.
The above is just not true, as this happens with any strategy that I enable.
EDIT: I was updated by support that this was due to "Sync account position" was not enabled. I will give this feature a try now.
