Please try to keep one thread for the same question that you have.

The Simulated Data Feed provides computer generated market data that is not reflective of the actual market.

The feed can be used for all market types, Forex, Stocks, Futures

There is no direct procedure for setup, you would need to connect to the data feed to get started. File -> Connect -> Simulated Data Feed

There's no direct correlation with how the instruments will react. Again, this is all computer generate to simulate market conditions. When you connect there is a Trend Slider that you will be able to adjust.

You do not have to be connected to the internet to connect to the Simulated Data Feed.
