    Order Pending ...nothing happening

    1. I placed this order. I got an "order pending" ... but nothing was happening. I waited several seconds and it wasn't a particularly busy time on the T&S, the initial manic activity on market open had subsided. Why is a pending order taking so long to get executed? My broker says it's an NT problem and other NT users have been experiencing it too.

    2. How do you cancel a pending order? I kept clicking the cross next to the order on the DOM but nothing happened.

    Thanks for your post.

    Please email you log and trace files for today as attachments to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com so wer can look into this further.
    You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

    The log file will be named "log.20140516.txt"
    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

    The trace file will be named "trace.20140516.txt"

    In the message include a link to this forum topic.

    To remove the pending order please disconnect and go to Tools> Options> Data> RepairDB then restart NinjaTrader
