How much cash on account

I m trying to access data on my cash for display and found the following statement:
GetAccountValue(AccountItem.CashValue)

If I access it in Initialize() it always sais 0.


Whats the best way to know the cash available?

Michael, generally would be only expected to return non zero values on realtime seen bars, i.e. in OnBarUpdate(). Would recheck with this in mind.
