    Problem to connect to FXCM server

    In the past I was able to connect to FXCM server in NinjaTrader and download data. Recently, i re-installed NinjaTrader 7 and I cannot connect to FXCM server any more.
    The logs are as follows:

    2014/5/15 21:53:13 Connection fxcm: Primary connection=Disconnected, Price feed=Disconnected

    Anyone knows what could be the problem?
    b.t.w. I can use my FXCM account to log in the Fxcm Trading station.

    Thank you for your post.

    This may be due to a corrupt installation. Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris Jameson" in the subject line.

    In the message, please include the following:
    1.) A link to this forum thread.
    2.) Your most current trace and log files.

    You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

    Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
