    Ninja on multiple machines

    Hello,

I have been noticing a change, when I use to bring NT on my second computer it would bump me off of the other computer, one couldn't access the same license from different computers.

Now it no longer closes down the original session but allows me to be on both computers with the same license key.

Is this something that is suppose to be allowed? I would love to be able to have Ninja on 2 computers at once, would make things easier for me.

    Hello jecoble12,

    Thanks for your post.

Your license is only to be used on one computer at a time. To trade live on multiple computers at a time would require the purchase of multiple licenses.
Our license system will detect when it is being used on multi systems at a time.

If you only want live trading on one computer and can use simulation on the second you can register for a free license key to use on the second computer at the link below.

      Thanks Brandon,

Interest how the last few days I have been able to be on both computers running the same license key at the same time with the system designed to pick that up.

It's why I asked because I didn't want to be doing anything wrong.

On the second computer, I do not want to trade but use the data for charting, not simulated data.

        Hello jecoble12,

        Thanks for your reply.

You can do charting with the free license key. You may register for the free license key to use on the second computer at the same time.

But I couldn't use the same data vendor(s) could I? because you cant have simultaneous user connections to the same data

            Hello jecoble12,

            Thanks for your reply.

This depends on who you connect to/what you are enabled for. I would recommend contacting your data provider and ask if they allow multiple connections.
