I Messed Up

Hello Support,

I managed to get an old version of an Inside Bar indicator giving me alerts correctly on Market Analyzer. However it stopped working when I deleted a previous versions of this indicator. Not sure why.

Anyway I tried making the attached indicator from scratch but I'm not getting any alerts. It's a pretty simple indicator. I wonder if someone could see why the alerts would not be showing up in Market Analyzer?

Hello Gennaker,

I am taking a look at your indicator right now.

So from what I can gather this indicator uses a data series as a switch a 1 or 0 value to trigger an alert in the market analyzer correct?

If this is the case I have noticed that you are setting "Plot0" to the Close[0] value rather than the insidebar value. This would cause the data the market analyzer uses for alerts to likely always be greater than 1.

I have left your code the same and just changed the following line and I have been able to use this with the market analyzer with cell conditions and alerts.

Plot0.Set(insidebar[0]);

The market analyzer now sees this as a 0 or 1 value that you can make conditions off of.
