Index charts not updating (IB)

This morning the same problem happens again:
My TWS was updated to 944 as advised and everything was fine since then. This morning after connected to TWS all the index charts (COMP & SP500) stop updating while all other charts work correctly. I use Ninja 7.0.1000.22. Urgent help needed. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your post.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
Do you receive real time data for the instrument within the Orders tab of the Control Center?

Hi Brandon,
My NinjaTrader version is 7.0.1000.22
I did not get any error message.
Within the "Order" tab it is the same thing: All other instruments are updated correctly every second (AAPL. GOOG, ES, NQ, EUR.USD etc) but index charts (COMP, SP500) are not updating unless I reload historical data manually within the chart.
BTW, all data including indices are updating correctly on TWS.

Thanks for your reply.

Within NinjaTrader go to Tools> Options> Data> Reset Instruments
Exit NinjaTrader and open the following directory in Windows
(My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\cache
Delete the contents within this folder
Restart NinjaTrader and test

Hi Brandon, while I was waiting for your reply I uninstalled TWS and reinstalled again and now it seems everything is fine. I will try your instructions if the problem happens again. Many thanks!
