    Continuum

    No chart data for ZB 6-14, ZN, GC. Charts are completely empty.

    Session template is appropriately selected. I am successfully connected to continuum and can see bid/ask changes.Was working fine earlier in the week.

    Thank you for your post.

    Which contracts of these instruments are you using? (Example: 06-14)

    If the instruments are selected in the Orders tab of the Control Center do you see updates to bid, ask and last price or is 'n/a' displayed?

      ZN/ZB 6/14
      CL 6/14

      In the orders tab I can see bid/ask updates, just no chart data.

        Hello,

        Thank you for getting back to me.

        Data appears to be available when testing here with these instruments. Based on this I'd like you to try the following:
        Shut down NinjaTrader.
        Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > DB folder.
        Delete the folder named 'Cache'.
        Finally, restart NinjaTrader, reconnect to continuum and reload data in your charts.
