My Static Dom is not showing the orders in the center, so I can not even place an order where I want. How can you move it up or down. See picture below and you see it is at the bottom

Hello rwbil,
You can center the last traded price by clicking the 'C' button located on the right hand side of the SuperDOM.
You can move the price ladder up or down by left clicking on the SuperDOM and using the scroll wheel.
