cannot connect

    cannot connect

    have not been able to connect over last 30 minutes. I have CQG (AMP futures). CQG connect comes on but does not turn green. servers down?

    Thank you for your post.

    I was able to connect when testing here. Please restart your PC, modem and router then try the connection again. If you encounter further issues please contact me by email at Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com with a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. The file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20140508.txt' file.
