Cant retrieve XAU/USD price from FXCM

it could connect to FXCM but no chart could be loaded. Can anyone help?

Thank you for contacting us to report the issue.

When attempting to load the chart does an error appear in a pop up window or within the Orders tab of the Control Center? If so, what does that error report?

If $XAUUSD is selected in the Orders tab of the Control Center do you see updates to bid, ask and last price or is 'n/a' shown?

Hi Kyle, no error appeared. It loads with blank chart. No price in orders tab too.

FXCM XAUUSD Not Charting Intra Day

Hi, I have the exact same problem but in NT 8. Cannot chart XAUUSD using FXCM data.

No errors showing on screen or in log.

Doesn't work for CFD or FX contract.

Thank you for your post on this thread.

We have researched into this a bit and XAUUSD does not seem accessible as a currency through FXCM's Trading Station as well. It should still be available as a CFD, however, it must be enabled as a CFD through FXCM.

The first step would be to make sure FXCM has you enabled for trading the XAUUSD as CFD.
