cant choose live account

i put funds in my CQG account last week and today I see the account box is grayed out; only sim101 is available

Thanks for your post.

Can you make sure your Live license is entered under Help--> License Key. When it is go to the File menu and uncheck Global Simulation Mode. With this feature unchecked you can select your Live account and toggle between this and the Sim101 account.
