Alerts Not Refreshing

Hi,
I have closed out Market Analyzer and Alert Window. I closed out of NT. I launched NT and created a new Market Analyzer, loaded new indicator list, created new Alert Window. However, I am seeing old alerts showing up. These alerts are not even in my new Market Analyzer Alerts. I don't know what else to do. I have also reset, and I still see old indicators. Please help. Thank you for your note.

Please double check that you do not have any other workspaces open.

Also, check that you do not have any charts that have indicators that can trigger alerts.

After this, if you are still getting alerts, let me know.

Hi Chelsea, no, I do not have any other alerts on the chart, nor do I have any other analyzer window opened. I closed out of everything, created a new workspace, loaded the indicators and market analyzer and alert window. It is bringing up an old alert that I coded yesterday, that I do not have on the analyzer tab.
