Nothing is coming up on the charts. I'm connected to Kinetick (end of day), I choose the stock I want, set it to my liking ec.., press ok and chart appears with no data on it. Just installed software, first time using Ninjatrader. Currently using Free verion, working off a Labtop with Windows 8.1. Log says it's connected to server. Assistance please.

Hello,
The Kinetick End Of Day (Free) connection will only provide you with daily interval charts.
To create a new chart with a daily interval go to File> New> Chart
Select an instrument and press New at the top right change Type to Day, Week, Month, or Year
Select OK and a daily interval chart will load.
