can`t view chart by moving it upward

I want to maintain this size and aspect ratio to view this chart, I`m trying to move the chart up with a windows touch screen, it won`t move up any further so I can see the bars, unless I shrink the vertical price axis, which I don`t want to do, is there a way to "free" it from this upward constraint?

Hello jitterbug,

You can vertically move the price bars without affecting the price axis compression as follows. Hold the Ctrl key, click and hold your left mouse button on the right side of the price axis and move up or down.
