Simulation orders not filled

Hi, I had placed 2 separate limit orders per instrument in my sim account to buy 6B & sell 6A (4 orders total) over the past 48 hours and two of the four orders were not filled when the price was met and exceeded. I would like to know if this was because I had ninjatrader closed and my computer turned off when the prices for these orders were met and should have been filled. I have attached screenshots showing time of order entry and a clear order fulfillment.

What must I do to ensure all orders (both sim & live) are filled when they should be?

NinjaTrader must be running and connected for orders in the Sim101 account to execute.
