Iqfeed update notification

Randomly lately I get a popup notification to update to the latest version of iqfeed client. This causes a connection and re-connection with a subsequent spike in data on the chart. As a result I have to reload all my charts to remove the data spike. Is there any way to turn off the update notification for the iqfeed client? Thanks

Thank you for your note.

Unfortunately there isn't a way to turn off the update notification.

This should not cause a disconnect/reconnect with a spike of data on the chart.

Please send a note to Support[At]NinjaTrader[Dot]Com.

Put ATTN: Cameron in the subject field and a link to this forum post in the body.

Please provide me with your latest Log and Trace files.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
The log file will be named log.20140430.txt

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The trace file will be named trace.20140430.txt
