i opened DOM - only shows me live account not demo

Hello,
Make sure your Live license is entered under Help -> License Key, then go to the File menu and uncheck Global Simulation Mode.

After this open up a SuperDOM window or Chart trader and you will be able to toggle between your Live account(s) and the Sim 101 account.

Thanks Kurt, got the dropdown to work now - only there is no option for demo - just live account

Thank you for your reply.

Are you referring to the Sim101 account?
If so, sometimes you will have to uncheck and recheck Global simulation mode to reactivate it.
From the NinjaTrader control center select file and check to see if Global Simulation mode is checked (Enabled). If is not please select it. If it is already checked please de select and then reselect.

If after these steps you do not see the sim101 account please restart Ninja trader.
To access a demo account outside of NinjaTrader, you will need to be connected to that account.
Furthermore, if you are still having trouble please send a request to support for further assistance.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.
