mouse wheel not initiating orders

when I click on the mouse wheel normally it allows me to place a stop limit order.
today DOM is not responding to mouse wheel
any suggestions?

Does the Middle Mouse wheel work on your charts if you hold it down to show the mini data box? If you are on a web page in your internet browser can you press the middle mouse button down to move the page up or down? Have you also tried using another mouse for these functions?

The mouse wheel does not work on the chart either.
It does scroll web pages though
This is the only mouse I use - it is wireless
