Futures in NT just stop taking trades in strategies

Hi:

Futures have stopped taking trades in strategies. This began yesterday with a CQG feed and also noticed price was not moving etc. FOREX with MBT is fine.

I switch Futures to a Rithmic feed. Some price move but some are are totally blank. All Futures are the correct front month. Again, even with Rithmic, today all Futures strategies are not taking trades (like part of yesterday), but FOREX strategies are working fine.

Please let me know.

Also, what causes this and how can it be prevented in the future?

To look into this I will need to see your current log and trace files. You may send them to "support [at] ninjatrader [dot] com" with "ATTN: JC" in the subject line and reference to this thread in the body.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

Just an update for everyone.

The cause of this was due to the Multiple Connections and the Connection Order of the connections. When you disconnect from a Data Provider and then reconnect it will throw off this order so you will have to either restart NinjaTrader or disconnect for all data provider and reconnect in the correct order.
