Labelling bars by open or close of bar

Hello,

I have been searching a way to adjust the time-stamp labelling of bars by either the open or close of the bar. My understanding is that NT labels the time of the bars by the close of each bar. Is it possible to label the bars by the open? For example, on the 1-min chart, this means I can shift the price chart pattern one minute to the left or right by choosing either labelling the bar by the open or close.

Thank you for contacting us with this question.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to set NinjaTrader to use a bar open time. The close time would be used in all cases within NinjaTrader 7.

Hello,

There is no way to accomplish this in NinjaTrader's current version even with custom coding. Using end of bar time stamps is required in order to be able to plot multiple series of differing time frames within a single chart all accurately synchronized to time.
