Control stop in ATM template from chart trader

Is there a way to adjust the stop programatically when a position is initiated via Chart Trader that uses an ATM strategy?
Essentially I would like to simulate behavior similar to the chase function but for the stop. I need a little more flexibility than is provide by the custom stop feature.
An alternate possibility might also be that the chart trader, in fact, triggers a strategy to handle the rest of the order.

It would not be possible to use a script to control the stop loss of a manually placed order.
