Upgrade needed for Interactivebroker

Dear Ninja Team,
Proposal: As we are all sitting in one boat beeing highly concerned about the IB - API Connection, would it make sense to add a special Info Thread in Your "News and Announcement" Section in this forum? It would keep all users updated with latest information. It also would avoid many new Threads to be opened all the time and would concentrate all new Infos to one Thread or at least in the right spot. Please steadily inform the community, as most of them, including myself, have no working fallback solution available. It is all about communication.

Currently NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.22 and TWS 938.1 will work. We are currently working with Interactive Brokers to provide a solution for the upcoming phase-out of TWS 938.1. We will update our users when we have additional information, likely with an in-product announcement as well.

Hi Patrick,

I've always said that NT support team is excellent, and I think we all here, appreciate your great efforts to work this SEVERE issue out as quickly as possible; that by the way: it really never should have happened, having in mind that TWS version is from last year. An excellent software like NinjaTrader must always guarantee a minimum and vital functioning such as allowing you to work.

I hope that you're aware that you must not allow this set back for your company ever again.
