    Hello thaifans,

    To make sure that nothing has removed or corrupted part of NinjaTrader can you follow the steps listed below to uninstall and reinstall NinjaTrader:

    Note this will not remove any data/settings.

    * Write down your License Key for NinjaTrader under Help -> License Key
    * Close all running applications.
    * Then from the Start menu select --> Control Panel --> Add and Remove Programs.
    * From Add and Remove Programs select NinjaTrader 7 and click Remove.
    * Reboot your machine.
    * Once these steps are completed, download NT7 from the link below:
    Download

    Try to import the indicator after the reinstall.

    Let me know if that helped.

            Hello thaifans,

            Thanks for the screenshot.

            Trying to look into this further, it may be related to either your .NET Framework or possible your region setting of your computer.

            Can you make sure that the .NET Framework 3.5 is installed properly on your Windows 8 machine?
            Learn how to install the .NET Framework 3.5 on Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8.1, and Windows 8.

            Also, are your Region Setting different from your Windows 7 machine that it was able to install on than your Windows 8 machine?
