Major bug/issue with Continuum adapter

Hi,

I recently lost connectivity to NinjaTrader (although other connections remained usable). This resulted in DOZENS of modal popups that were blank likely because Windows could not render them fast enough to show anything.

A single popup or maybe popups for 10 seconds but this was what appeared to be every tick and possibly every book change.

I can send you a partial of the CQG trace file but that isn't the issue. Inundating a user with popups in this situation is not a good approach.

There may be something more going on here that I would like to look into. Please send in the following log and trace files to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com for further analysis.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
• The log file will be named "log.20140423.txt"
You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
• The NinjaTrader trace file will be named "trace.20140423.txt"
• The CQG trace file will be named "CQG.20140423.txt"

Once located send the files in as attachments and in the message include a link to this forum topic.
