Restoring frozen charts

With a live connection my charts have stopped updating and some have no data at all. I've tried repairing the database but this had no effect.

I'm looking to preserve all of the formatting and data. I could do a Restore but I haven't done one in a very long time. What is the recommended way to fix the chart problems AND restore all formatting and data?

Thank you for writing in.

Please shut down NinjaTrader, and go to (My)Documents -> NinjaTrader 7 -> db. Once inside the "db" folder, delete the folder titled "cache". Now, relaunch NinjaTrader.

This fix seems to have worked for most of the charts. Some are still corrupted but it's close enough. Thx for the help.
