Missing DATA for CL with CQG

Missing data for CL today.

Thank you for your post.

I am not seeing any missing Minute or Tick data for today on the CL 05-14 when connected to CQG. Can you details what times are missing and what period type? In addition, what expiry are you using for the CL?

Please go to Tools > Options > Data > Merge Policy --> set to DoNotMerge > Ok > then right click in your CL 06-14 chart and select Reload All Historical Data. Does the data appear correctly?

Missing ES CQG Data from 17:15 yesterday

ALL the time frames data is missing or NOT being downloaded to the charts from the 17:15 close, and it is also missing for last Friday April 11 !

As for the missing data from April 11, can you right click in the chart--> Reload all historical data.

If that doesn't work, try this again after the markets open again on Sunday.

The ' Reload ALL hist data ' < Did NOT work last Sunday and Monday !

Please do the following:
- Go to Tools--> Historical Data manager
- Click on the Edit tab
- Right click on the ES 06-14
- Select 'Delete'
- Exit and restart NT
- Connect and see if the missing data is there

Did resolved the issue but now missing the other charts, will have to build them again !
Missing : 60min RTH and Tick 610 and 5min

What is wrong with this platform, it will NOT load the data for Friday and it's been doing this since Friday April 11 ! ?

Disregard the above, Friday was a Market Holiday, my mistake
