Trading Technologies Not Connecting

So all of a sudden, my Trading Technologies is stuck at "Connecting - Trading Technologies" I tried re-installing but it's the same result.

Please delete the following Files.

* Close NinjaTrader
* Start button -> Documents
* NinjaTrader 7 -> bin -> FIX
* Select all files in the FIX folder and delete them
* Restart NinjaTrader and try your connection.
