cannot reload historical data

Everything was working correctly until this morning... now all my charts have huge gaps since it's not loading data correctly. And the option to Reload Historical Data is grayed out... Can you help?

Do you normally connect to any other data providers for historical data?

I have been using Patsystems with NT for about a year and never had a problem getting current and historical market data from only that connection. Something caused the issue today... any suggestions on how to go about finding the source?

Depending on your setup, you may have the Historical Data Connection.

Please restart NinjaTrader and reconnect.

the problem went away after rebooting NT the third time... but probably just a coincidence. I think the issue was on the data provider side (Patsystems). Thanks anyways for looking at this.

One more question... are there plans to integrate better with Patsystems so we can get account information that is accurate in NT? For example, the historical cost for any position is reset to the settlement value each day instead of showing the true historical cost.
