Exchange Reject code

I don't know if this is a platform/broker or other issue but I get the following message when trying to execute a live trade on the SPI 200:

AMP Live New Invalid account Exchange Reject Code = 6.

I don't receive it when trading 6A or 6N.

I have contacted AMP but not expecting a quick response given my time-zone.

I have searched for reject codes for the SNFE exchange but haven't been able to find anything. Any help will be appreciated.

Please contact me at Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. The file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20140416.txt' file.
