Kinetick , IB , Ninjatrader - im lost

Dear all ,

i just purchased the NinjaTrader Live licensing
+ Kinetick 50$/Mo service.

and somewhat im getting lost with ninjatrader.

i connected to kietick but i cant see any data on charts. i think something is going bad with my ninjatrader , and i dont want to back use only IB platform.

Actually when i connect to my IB , i see charts , but on some symbols such as LVS it requires subscription for in depth market data ...

when i connect also the kinetick .. i see no data
when i connect only kinetick i see no data neither chart neither data
please someone to help me ...

for futures .. for example .. i see only level II , but no chart data and im connecting for both of IB and Kinetick. when iconnect through IB i see also LEVEL II and chart data..

i told u i got lost.
